Authorized Berkshire Software Integrator™ - Program Overview

This program is specifically designed for Accountants and Computer Companies. There is no need to have a computer programmer on your staff. We have an extensive training and authorization program. Listed below are some of the areas of coverage that Authorized Berkshire System Integrator™ may encounter and handle:

  • Sales Lead Program for new Prospects
  • Sales and Demo Program for Prospects and Clients
  • Consulting for assisting customers in Setting up the Berkshire Software
  • Consulting for recommending proper courses of action
  • Auditing and Financial Consulting
  • Accounting Services
  • Full Payroll Services
  • Partial Payroll Services (Check Printing, 941, taxes, etc)
  • Partial Bookeeping Service (Invoice, Statement, A/P Check processing)
  • Full Bookeeping Service (Virtual Internet Businesses)
  • Assist in setting up terminals and printers (Optional)
  • Install cabling and networking equipment (Optional)
  • Support for Questions, Issues, Problems, Hardware, etc.

Our company does have a number of requirements for becoming an Authorized Berkshire Software Integrator™. A detailed background check on all applicants prior to being considered for the program. Listed below are some of the requirement:

  • Must be an Accounting or CPA Firm that can be verified; or
  • Must be a Computer Company that can be verified; or
  • Must complete an extensive software training program, and become Certified.
  • To install hardware, your company must be trained on installing equipment.
  • To install Cabling, your company must be able to provide Cabling Verification Reports.
  • To perform Auditing, your company MUST have a valid State Authorized CPA employed.

System Integrators who want to provide Cabling and Networking services to Berkshire Software uses must be able to provide Cabling Testing Reports. We do REQUIRE Network testing (Agilent, Fluke, etc) with Printouts for network requirements. We also require Cabling Layout Charting on building layouts. We will allow wireless networks within specifications, and where applicable. We will also allow your company to install and selectively repair equipment when needed.

Companies who primary purpose is Computers will receive easy Authorization for Installation and maintenance of hardware. Those companies who have had experience with Application Software installation, modifications, and training will be Authorized thru one of our training programs. We will also allow your company to install and selectively repair equipment when needed.

Companies who primary purpose is Accounting will receive Preferred Authorization for Installation, consulting, and system integration for The Berkshire Software Package. Accounting Firms will also be allowed to install and maintain hardware and cabling when appropriate abilities are shown.

Companies who become Authorized Berkshire System Integrator™ will receive certain perks of the program. Obviously, certain perks will apply to certain type of partner authorization. Listed below are some of the benefits:

  • Will receive sales leads that are applicable to the types of services and locations that your company can provide service to.
  • Will receive monthly financial benefits for clients that you sign for The Berkshire Software System.
  • Will receive Account Protection from other firms and partners "stealing" your accounts.
  • All your clients will be placed on one computer server and software partition for instant access to all your accounts.
  • Ability to provide additional consulting services.
  • Ability to provide bookeeping, accounting, and auditing services.
  • Ability to participate in future directions of Berkshire Software based upon your clients needs, and your firms observations and experience.

Sales Lead Program for new Prospects

There is an extensive marketing program for the Berkshire Software™ Package. When leads come in for your appropriate areas of Authorization, expertise, and locations, these leads will be passed on to your firm. At that point both Berkshire and your company will proceed with handling the lead. If the customer determines that the Berkshire Software™ Package is appropriate, both companies will proceed with getting the customer live with The Berkshire Software™ Package.

At Berkshire Software™ our objective is the software. Our company is not interested in selling licenses, and maintaining accounts. That is why we have an Authorized Berkshire Software Integrator™ Program. Furthermore, we provide leads to all of our partners. We do NOT provide more leads to "preferred" partners. All partners are treated equally.

Our company does take our sales leads very seriously. Authorized Berkshire Software Integrator™ are expected to follow up all leads, and not move the leads to other packages. Those who violate this rule, will not receive future leads.

Sales and Demo Program for Prospects and Clients

Authorized Berkshire Software Integrator™ are allowed to sell software licenses to qualified prospects and existing clients. Authorized Berkshire Software Integrator™ will receive monthly financial benefits as long as they are servicing the client.

Part of the Authorized Berkshire Software Integrator™ program is thoroughly training our business partners to become an experts with Berkshire Software™. The program teaches our partners how to demo the Berkshire Software™ to prospects and clients. The final part of the training program teaches our partners how to install and operate the package.

Consulting for assisting customers for installing the Berkshire Software Package

Authorized Berkshire Software Integrator™ can earn money on assisting customers on installing, setting up, and maintaining the Berkshire Software™ package for their clients.

Consulting for recommending proper courses of action

Authorized Berkshire Software Integrator™ can earn money on assisting customers on operating their business and The Berkshire Software™ package.

Auditing and Financial Consulting

Authorized Berkshire Software Integrator™, who are CPA's, CMA's, CFP's, or Public Accountants, can earn money on auditing and providing financial consulting for Berkshire Software™ customers on operating their business.

Accounting Services

Authorized Berkshire Software Integrator™ who are CPA's, CMA's, CFP's, or Public Accountants can earn money on accounting services for the Berkshire Software™ customers.

Full Payroll Services

Authorized Berkshire Systems Integrators™ can provide Berkshire Software™ customers with full or partial payroll services.

Partial Payroll Services (Check Printing, 941, taxes, etc)

Authorized Berkshire Systems Integrators™ can provide Berkshire Software™ customers with payroll services, like ADP, Paychex, etc. Some Berkshire Software™ customers don't have, or cannot afford the special Micr Check printer, or don't know how to fill out the 941 reports, or know how to handle EFT's. Some clients will want your company to print the payroll checks so that confidentiality is preserved. This is where your company can make money on additional services for Berkshire Software™ customers.

Partial Bookeeping Service (Invoice, Statement, A/P Check processing)

Authorized Berkshire Systems Integrators™ can provide Berkshire Software™ customers with bookeeping services. Some Berkshire Software™ customers are not able to perform their own bookeeping services, or cannot afford a laser printer. This is where your company can make money on additional services for Berkshire Software™ customers.

Full Bookeeping Service (Virtual Internet Businesses)

Authorized Berkshire Systems Integrators™ can provide Berkshire Software™ customers with bookeeping services. Some Berkshire Software™ customers have virtual Internet Businesses. That is, they have regular jobs, and have web sites that sell items 24/7. Many of these customers need extensive services. This is where your company can make money on additional services for Berkshire Software™ customers.

Assist in setting up terminals and printers (Optional)

Authorized Berkshire Systems Integrators™ can provide Berkshire Software™ customers with installation services. This is where your company can make money on additional services for Berkshire Software™ customers.
